Every woman is “in a delicate situation” during
Mother-and-Child Pass examinations
At least 5 examinations are planned in the Mother-and-Child Pass.
Up until the 17th week,
during the 17th-22nd weeks,
during the 25th-28th weeks,
during the 30th-34th weeks and finally
during the 35th-38th weeks.
In these examinations, blood pressure, weight and urine are checked and the vaginal findings collected. In accordance with the Maternity Guidelines, ultrasound examinations are stipulated for the first, second and fourth Mother-and-Child Pass examination. At med4women, we carry out an ultrasound examination of the baby every time: Growth, organs and blood circulation are checked in the process.
You will receive photos and short video sequences of your baby on a data carrier each time. From the 25th to 34th week of pregnancy, I also carry out a vaginal ultrasound in order to detect any cervical contraction and thus a potential inclination towards premature birth at an early stage.
Furthermore, we offer various examinations for prenatal diagnostics.
Personalized medical care is of great value to the well-being as well as the health of the mother and child.
Gentle and traditional obstetrics
On the basis of my extensive training in traditional obstetrics, I also use a wide variety of ‘gentle’ obstetrics methods. As a supplement to this, I offer my patients traditional homeopathic treatment on the basis of my additional training. With the assistance of an experienced midwife, I attend to you personally and involve you in every decision.
For private births, I recommend Rudolfinerhaus, the Goldenes Kreuz Private Clinic and the Döbling Private Clinic, where you will receive optimum care.
